Philoxenia Collection Villa Evgenia is a private villa located close to the famous beach of Perissa.
A traditional two storey house of 110 sq.m, with a spacious living room with two sofas and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a W/C with shower. At the upper level, there are two bedrooms (the main bedroom has a double bed and the second one two twin beds). There is a bathroom with shower.
The villa is private, in a safe area, as all Santorini is safe, with a big patio, a beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds overlooking the village, the sea and the mountain of Perissa.
There is a spacious secure parking space.
The house is located 1.5 klm from the beach side, about 15 minutes walk.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and operates all year round.
Important notice the swimming pool is seasonal, not heated.
