Philoxenia Collection The Sea Sound villa is a fully renovated house, located only 100 m. away from the famous black beach of Perivolos, in the area of Agios Georgios in Santorini.
A modern 75 sq.m private house, features a big garden with a built BBQ, an outdoor dining area and a private parking.
The interior of the house features a living room, with a large sofa (which sleeps two people) and an internet Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, with cooking utensils, esspresso coffee mashine, boiler, toaster etc. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is one bathroom with shower and a washing mashine.
The house sleeps 4-6 guests.
